HOMELESSNESS - new expression of sustainability

Inspired by the PETA naked protestor who choose to express their eco-sustainable mind on the street in the most eco-sustainable way.

Being homeless seems not a pleasant experience, however, it is the purest expression of sustainability. In 21st century, sustainability does not solely about the environment, it's also about human lives. A harmonic environment where nature and human co-exist is an utopian dream. For the environmental sustainability, of course we can apply all the kinds of R-methods (reuse, recycle, reduce, etc.) in construction; while for the human sustainability, we have to come up with solution which tackle both the physical and psychological needs so that they can live long in a healthy way.

In this design, a foldable and transformable mobile shelter for human sustainability and environmental sustainability. The timber shell and polyester tent makes it strong, weather-resistant and provides a surface for users to paint their expression, which they want to communicate with the society.
